共沉积烧结挤压工艺制取AgNi10电触头材料

AgNilO CONTACTING MATERIALS MADE BY COPRECIPITATION SINTERING AND EXTRUSION

  • 摘要: 主要讨论以共沉积制粉取代机械混粉和以热挤压取代轧制为特点的共沉积烧结挤压新工艺,它具有机械混粉、烧结、挤压和共沉积、烧结、轧制两种工艺的优点,提高了质量和材料利用率。使AgNi10粉末冶金电触头材料具有基体强化程度高、镍粒子弥散分布均匀、粉末颗粒纤维化、机械物理性能与电器性能优良的特点。

     

    Abstract: A new technology of coprecipitation,sintering and extrusion with the feature of powder made by substituting mechanical mixing and rolling with coprecipitation and hot-extrusion is mainly discussed.This technology exhibits advantages of two processes,both mechanical mixing,sintering and extrusion and coprecipitation,sintering and rolling,improving quality and utilization of materials and giving AgNi10 P/M electric contactors high strength of matrix,hemogencous distribution of nickel particles,fibrous for mation of power and other superior mechanical and physical properties.
