不预烧结粉末高速钢坯热锻工艺

A STUDY OF HOT FORGING PROCESS OF P/M HSS WITHOUT PRESINTERING

  • 摘要: 本文研究了不预烧粉末高速钢坯热锻工艺,其中包括切屑的净化、涡旋法制粉中保护气氛的净化、高纯氩气保护正压退火、压制预成形坯和闭模锻造等。通过对不预烧和预烧锻坯质量的对比,可以看出,前者的相对密度比后者高0.73%,氧含量低1722ppm,锻坯的冲击值高11%,抗弯强度高8.5%,刀具寿命高29%,生产成本低30%。通过对两种工艺方法的全面分析,肯定了不预烧坯锻造工艺的先进性和经济性。
    Abstract: The present article describes the hot forging process of P/M HSS compacts without presintering and the decontamination of HSS chips,the Purification of the protective atmosphere in Hametag mill,The annealing the pulverized powder under the positive presure of high purity argon gas,preform pressing and closed die forging are also discussed. A comparision between the hot forged compact without presintering and the one with presintering shows that the former's relative density increases by 0.73 per cent.A system research on the two different processes demonstrates that P/M HSS preform hot forging without presintering has the advantage over the preform hot forging with sintering.
