STUDY ON DIFFUSION BONDING BETWEEN CEMENTED CARBIDE AND NODULAR CAST IRON BY HOT ISOSTATIC PRESSING (HIP)

  • 摘要: 用热等静压扩散连接法获得了硬质合金与球墨铸铁的直接连接接头和以镍箔为中间夹层的间接连接接头。采用金相、扫描电镜、显微硬度及电子探针显微分析等手段对结合界面区域的组织结构、显微硬度变化及元素扩散进行了研究。对直接连接和间接连接接头的接合强度进行了评估,并对接头断裂特性进行了分析。
    Abstract: The direct bonding joint between cemented carbide and nodular cast iron and the indirect bonding joint by using nickel foil as intermediate layer were obtained by HIP diffusion bonding process. The structure, microhardness change and element change in the zone of bonding interface were studied by means of metallograph, SEM, microhardness and EPMA, etc. The bonding strength of joint zone made by direct and indirect bonding was evaluated and their fracture characteristics were analysed.
