  • 摘要: 本文介绍了电子打印机用高韧性硬质合金打印针的研制与开发。重点讨论了湿磨时间对WC晶粒度分布的影响;成形剂的种类及最佳用量,成形剂的加入方式和脱除规律;针坯的挤压和烧结对最终产品性能的影响等。

     

    Abstract: The present paper has introduced in detail the pilot production and research and development of cemented carbide printing needle with high ductility used for electronic printer. The paper has put an emphasis on the effects of wet milling duration on the distribution of WC grains; the sorts of forming agents, their optimum quantities needed, adding method and de-agent rule and the effects of extrusion and sintering of needle blank on the final properties of products.
