PROPERTIES OF FJ316 STAINLESS STEEL MATERIALS AND ITS APPLICATIONS TO METERS

  • 摘要: 介绍了FJ316奥氏体烧结不锈钢材料的机械性能,抗腐蚀性能和磁性能。当FJ316的密度大于7.3g/cm3时,其拉伸强度为45—50kgf/mm2,延伸率大于30%,接近或达到冶炼316L不锈钢的水平。用FJ316制成的上、下支板、控制爪、时间爪、摆和弹簧片座等结构零件,均满足使用要求,并且具有明显的经济效果。
    Abstract: The mechanical properties,wear resisance and magnetic characterictics of FJ316 austenitic sintered steel material are given in the present paper, When the density of P/M FJ316 is over 7.3 g/cm3 the P/M material possesses the tensile strength in a range of 45-50kgf/mm2 and the elongation over 30% which approach or reach those of wrought 316L stainless steel.P/M FJ316 has been satisfactory and obtained remarkable economic efficiency for making structure parts, including upper and lower supporting plates,controlling jaws, timing jaws, pendulums and spring pedestals.These materials are immensely available for various industrial fields.
