AN INQUICY INTO EXTRUSION FORMING PROCESS OF TUNGSTEN SKELETON

  • 摘要: 根据试验及批量生产实践,对钨骨架挤压成形工艺,如原材料选择、掺蜡量、掺蜡方法、挤压温度、挤压速度、脱蜡与预烧等进行了论述。挤压成形工艺生产的钨骨架经浸铜或浸银后,可得到物理性能很高的合金材料。其生产效率高,质量稳定,对于大批量生产钨基产品有广阔的前景。
    Abstract: This paper has described the extrusion forming process of tungsten skeleton including the selection of raw materials, mixing wax amount and method,extrusion temperature and speed, dewaxing, presintering, etc. according to experiments and batch production practices. The alloy materials with hish physical properties can be.obtained by copper- and silver-infiltration of tungsten skeleton produced by extrusion forming. This process has high productivity and constant quality, and shows broad prospects in the commercial production of tungsten-based products.
