A NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR MANUFACTURING PLASTICS-STRONTIAN FERRlTE COMPOSITE SEALING STRIP

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种以"预压磁取向"法为基础制造塑料-锶铁氧体复合材料密封条(以下简称塑料磁条)的新工艺,并探索了工艺因素对制品磁性能的影响。本工艺具有产品质量好、操作简单、节能及经济效益显著的优点。
    Abstract: A new process of producing plastics-strontian ferrite composite sealing strip (plastics magnetic strip for short)on the basis of "pre-pressing magnetic field orientation method" is given and the influence of processing parameters on the magnetic properties of products is investigated in this paper. The coarse particles by crushing waste hard magnetic ecmponents of sintered ferrite are direetly used as raw materials in this new technology, thus granulating treatment need not to do. By using two stage compaction with magnetic orientation in preforming stage, products with superior magnetic orientation can be obtained in medium magnetic fields.The main processing parameters for preformation are as follows:magnetic intensity 1900~2300 Oe, heating temperature120~140℃ and pressure 7.8~9.8 Mpa.The parameters of repressing are as follows:pressure 49~98 MPa and heating temperature 140~160 C. Products have a (BH)max of 0.7MGOe.
