雾化轴承钢粉制造滚动轴承的研究

A STUDY ON ROLLING BEARINGS MANUFACTURED BY ATOMIZED BEARING STEEL POWDER

  • 摘要: 研究了用水雾化轴承钢料头、车屑制造滚动轴承套圈的工艺过程,研究了粉末中含氧量的控制及影响。测试了各项机械、物理性能。进行了接触疲劳、轴承寿命试验。其材料利用率为70%以上,外圈寿命为计算寿命的3倍。采用本工艺可以生产圆锥滚子轴承外圈。

     

    Abstract: Manufacturing process of bearing rings made of powder by atomizing the stub bars and turning chips of bearing steel has been studied.The control and influence of oxygen contents in powder have also been investigated. Various mechanical and physical properties have been tested.The experiments on contact fatigue and bearing life have been conducted. The yield of material utilization was more than 70%.While the performance life of outer ring is 3 times longer than that calculated.This technology can be used for producing taper roller bearings.
