ON-LINE MEASUREMENT OF PARAMETERS IN ATOMIZATION PROCESS OF METALS

摘要: 用雾化法制取金属或合金粉末是近20年来发展起来的新技术。本文介绍了雾化区温度分布、金属粉末粒度及速度分布的在线测量技术,它们包括图象技术与非图象技术两大类。主要有实时图象技术、激光散射、激光衍射及激光多普勒技术。

Abstract: Making the powder of metals and alloys by atomozation process is a new techniques developed over past two decads. Some on-line available techniques for measurementS of temperature profile and distribution of velocity and size of droplet and powder are introduced in this paper. They mainly are based on imaging and nonimaging principles, including real time visualization, laser scattering,laser diffraction and laser Doppler techniques.
