MANUFACTURE OF ALLOYED STEEL POWDER USED FOR POWDER FORGD GEAR AND CONTROL OF ITS OXYGEN CONTENTS

  • 摘要: 为研制航空发动机上应用的粉末锻造齿轮,对高铬含量合金钢12Cr2Ni4A和18Cr2Ni4WA的粉末制取及其氧含量控制和还原退火工艺,作了较详尽的研究,最终获得了氧含量低、压制性能好的粉末锻造齿轮用合金钢粉末。
    Abstract: In order to study the powder forged gear used in aeroplane engine, the manufacture of powders with high chromium-containing 12Cr2Ni4A and 18Cr2Ni4WA, their oxygen content control and reduction annealing technology have been studied in detail. Alloyed steel powder with low oxygen content and superior compactability which can be used for powder forged gear have been finally obtained.
