RESEARCH ON RARE EARTH CEMENTED CARBIDE YG6R

  • 摘要: 研究了YG6R稀土硬质合金的生产工艺、组织和物理力学性能,进行了刀(模)具现场使用试验。结果表明,该合金与YG6相比,室温抗弯强度提高10%以上,耐用度提高1.5+~3.5倍,可以代替YG8进行断续切削粗加工,其寿命提高0.5~1倍。
    Abstract: In this paper, the production process, structure and physico-mechanical properties of rareearths cemented carbide YG6R have been studied and the practical experiments of cutting tool or diemade of this cemented carbide have been carried out. The results have shown that the bending strengthat room temperature of YG6R alloy at least increases by 10% and its durability increases by 1.5~3.5 times as compared with that of YG6 alloy. It might replace YG8 alloy as intermittentrough-cutting. Its used Life is 1.5~2.0 times as long as that of YG8 allog. It has remarkable socialeconomic effect.
