Abstract: In combination with the quality inspection work during the process of industical production of WC-Co-Ni cemented carbide and by using secondary electronic image (SEI),backscattering electronic image and X-ray characteristic scanning image,the rupture behaviour of the alloy has been observed and analysed and the factors affecting decrease of the rupture strength of the alloy have been also discussed.
