MICROSTRUCTURE AND RUPTURE STRENGTH OF WC-Co-Ni CEMENTED CARBIDE

摘要: 结合WC-Co-Ni硬质合金工业生产中的质量检测工作,应用二次电子图像(SEI)、背散射电子图像和特征X射线扫描图像,观察和分析了该合金的断裂行为,并讨论了降低合金断裂强度的因素。

Abstract: In combination with the quality inspection work during the process of industical production of WC-Co-Ni cemented carbide and by using secondary electronic image (SEI),backscattering electronic image and X-ray characteristic scanning image,the rupture behaviour of the alloy has been observed and analysed and the factors affecting decrease of the rupture strength of the alloy have been also discussed.
