包复制粉新工艺在银基触点生产中的应用

APPLICATION OF NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR COATED POWDER USED IN PRODUCING SILVER BASE CONTACT MATERIALS

摘要: 简要介绍了包复制粉新工艺的特点及采用新工艺生产银基触点的试验过程。新工艺生产的Ag-Fe₇触点,在CJ10-40交流接触器上的电寿命超过120万次;Ag-WC₁₂-C₃触点,在DZ₁₀-100空气开关上通过了各项性能试验。此外,新工艺也适用于Ag-C、Ag-Ni等系列的产品。目前正在尝试将其应用到Ag-SnO₂系列领域。

Abstract: The present paper has described the characteristics and experimental processes. The Survice life of Ag-Fe₇ contacts produced by new technology has been over 1.2 million cycles when they were used in CJ10-40 DC contacts.Various property tests for Ag-WC₁₂-C₃ contacts were passed when they were used in DZ₁₀-100 air switch. Besides, the new technology is suitable for the products of Ag-C, Ag-Ni and other series. At present, attempts are being made to expand its use in the field of silyeroxide series.
