摘要: 粉末冶金陶瓷模工艺是一种适用于制备形状复杂零部件的接近成品形状的成形工艺技术。本工作对这种工艺中陶瓷模的制备方法进行了系统研究,包括陶瓷模的涂覆方法、脱蜡新技术和烧结工艺等。采用研究的制模技术,成功地制备出了增压器涡轮陶瓷模。

Abstract: The P/M Ceramic mold process is a near net shape technology which has an advantage in shaping the complex components. In this paper, the fabrication preocess of the ceramic mold, which includes the coating method, a new dewaxing technique and sintering process, was described. By using of this fabricating technique a turbocharger ceramic mold was obtained.
