摘要: 在产品抽样分析的基础上研究了盘式飞机刹车摩擦片零件的变形规律及系统误差,对模具进行补偿设计。经数十批产品统计,次品率由50%下降至3%。

Abstract: Based on dimension statistics and X-R plot analyse,the deforming rules and the system errors of the friction pads of aircraft brake are studied.The formula of compensate design die has been fund.After statistics of tens lots products,the rate of degraded products are decreased from 50% to 3%.
