高铬铁基烧结材料的研究
Investigation of High-Chromium Iron-Based Sintered Material

摘要: 研究了Fe-13Cr-1Mo-C材料的制造工艺和性能。结果表明,在真空及适当烧结温度下,可实现烧结致密化,材料密度>7.3g/cm3,淬火态硬度可达到76HRA以上。Abstract: The process technology and propeties of Fe-13Cr-1Mo-(1.8~4.0) C material have been studied.The results show that sintering densification can be compteled at 1160℃~1260℃ in vacuum.Density of this material is above 7.3g/cm3,and its quenching hardness is more than 76 HRA.
