PREPARATION OF RAPIDLY SOLIDIFICATED HEAT RESISTANT Al-Fe-MRE ALLOY POWDER AND ITS PROPERTIES

  • 摘要: 研究了快速凝固铝铁混合稀土高温合金粉末的制备及其特性,用氩气及氦气超音速雾化制得的粉末呈球形,获得的冷却速率为5×103~7×106K/s。冷却速率主要受粉末尺寸影响,同样尺寸的粉末以氦气作冷却介质时获得的冷却速率较高。粉末尺寸越小,组织越细,力学性能越好。
    Abstract: The preparation of rapidly solidificated high temperature alloy powder of aluminium and iron mixtured with rare earth and its properties have been studied. Powder manufactured by Ar or He gas ultrasonic atomization is of spherical shape and has a cooling speed of 5 × 103-7 × 106K/s. Cooling speed is mainly affected by particle size. Relatively high cooling speed can be obtained for the powder of the same size when He gas is used as cooling medium. The smaller the powder size is, the finer the structure is and the better the mechanical properties are.
