CERAMET COMPOSITE COATING USED FOR SURFACE STRENGTHENING P/M DIES

  • 摘要: 采用化学复合镀镍-磷-陶瓷(Ni-P-陶瓷)对粉末冶金模具进行表面强化,镀层经热处理后,显微硬度可达HV1100~1400,尤其适合处理形状复杂的模具。介绍了镀覆工艺和后处理方法。
    Abstract: Chemical composite coating of Nickel-Phsophorus-ceramic (Ni-P-ceramic) followed by heat treatment has been adopted for the surface strengthening P/M dids. The hardness of coating surface can reach HV1100~1400. This coating process is especially suitable for dies with complicated contour. The paper has introduced the coating technology and post-treatment of coating surface.
