气雾化6-6-3青铜粉的粒度组成对松装密度及压缩性的影响

  • 摘要: 本文简述了气雾化6-6-3青铜粉末的粒度对松装密度、流速及压缩性的影响。表明,粉末细颗粒(-320+400目)越乡,松装密度越大;粗颗粒越多,流速越快;细颗粒在70%左右时,其压件密度最大。

     

    Abstract: The present paper has concisely discussed the influence of particle size upon apprarent density, flow rate and compressibility of gas atomized 6-6-3 bronze powder. The more of fine particle (-320+400 mesh size) ie, the greater the apprarent density will be. The more of coarse particle is, thgreater he few rate will be. When the composition of fine powder is about 70%, the density of compressed unit reaches its summit.
