新型气、液粉末冶金密封材料

A NEW TYPE OF P/M MATERIALS FOR GAS AND LIQUID SEALING

  • 摘要: 本文所叙述的铜-石墨-氟化锂和铜-石墨-氟化钙粉末冶金密封材料,是摩擦系数小、耐磨损、使用寿命长的新型气、液密封材料。这种密封材料适用于压力为98N左右的气、液动密封。与金属浸渍石墨密封材料相比,其性能更为优良,使用寿命提高4-6倍。着重叙述了铜-石墨-氟化锂、铜-石墨-氟化钙材料的制备,其摩擦系数及磨损的测定,以及添加元素对这种材料磨损性能的影响,并进行了初步分析与讨论。

     

    Abstract: The Cu-C-LiF and Cu-C-CaF P/M sealing materials described in present paper are a new type of gas and liquid sealing materials with low friction coefficient high obrasive resistance and long performance durability,and suitable for the dynamic sealing under the pressure of about 98N.Their properties are better than those of metal-impregnated graphite sealing materials and their lifetime is increased by 4-6 times compared with the latter.This paper focuses attention on describing the manufacture of Cu-C-LiF and Cu-C-CaF materials, the determination of their friction coefficient and abrasiveness and the effects of adding elements on abrasiveness. All of these are rudimentarily analysed and discussed.
