氮基气氛中材料的脱硫与氮吸收

DESULFURATION AND NITROGEN PICKUP OF MATERIALS IN NITROGEN ATMOSPHERE

  • 摘要: 介绍了烧结铁基零件的硫损量和硬度、尺寸变化等与氮基烧结气氛成分、压坯含硫量等因素的关系,并比较了以硫或者MnS作为添加剂对增脱硫量及烧结件性能的影响,还介绍了烧结气氛中氮含量对烧结Fe-C材料的物理性能、烧结铁材料的磁性能和烧结不锈钢材料的耐腐蚀性能的影响,以及不锈钢烧结材和冶炼钢锻材在氮吸收上的重要差别。

     

    Abstract: The present paper has described the relations between sulfur loss and hardness, dimensional change and the composition of nitrogen based sintering atmosphere, of sulfur additive to that of Mns on desulfuration and the properties of sintered compact, and illustrated the relations between nitrogen absorption in the surface of austenite stainess steel forged materials and the parameters of annealing process. The influences of nitrogen content of atmosphere on the physical properties of sintered iron and on the corrosion-resistant properties of sintered stainless steel and the important differences of nitrogen pickup of stainless steel and forged steel materials have been pointed out.
