机械合金化制备Ni-Mo非晶合金的研究

INVESTIGATION ON Ni-Mo AMORPHOUS ALLOY PREPARED BY MECHANIAL ALLOYING

  • 摘要: 本文采用机械合金化方法制备了NixMo100-x(X=80,70,62,55,40)合金,并采用X射线衍射研究了球磨过程中粉末结构的变化。结果表明,当X ≥ 70时得到了镍的固溶体,在X ≤ 62时得到了部分非晶合金。通过DSC差热分析研究了Ni62Mo38部分非晶合金的晶化行为,并从理论上探讨了该合金体系形成完全非晶合金的可能性。

     

    Abstract: The paper has described the preparation of NixMo100-x. (X=80, 70, 62, 55, and 40)alloy using mechanical alloying process and studied the change of powder structure during the process of ball milling by using X-ray diffraction. The results have shown that in case of X ≥ 70 the nickel solid solution was obtained, while in case of X ≤ 62 a partial amorphous alloy was obtained. The crystallizing behaviour of partial amorphous alloy Ni62Mo38 has been analysed through DSC differential thermal analysis and the possibility of forming complete amorphous alloy from the alloy system has been theoretically discussed.
