INFLUENCE OF AVERAGE PARTICLE SIZE OF TUNGSTEN-ALUMINIUM POWDER ON DENSITY OF SINTERED BAR

摘要: 以大批生产中71个批号钨铝粉平均粒度与对应的坯条密度为基础数据,应用散布图法和回归分析法进行分析,推导出回归方程。结果表明,粉末粒度(x)对坯条密度(ŷ)的影响可用数学式表示为:ŷ=19.933-0.555xAbstract: On the base of the average particle size of tungsten-aluminium powder with 71 batches,from large scale production and by using scattering drawing and regression method, a regression eqution has been deduced. The results have shown that the mathematic equation y=19.33 0.555xcan be used to express the influence of powder particle size(X) on the density (ŷ) of sintered.
