INFLUENCE OF RARE-EARTH ON PROPERTIES OF WC-Ni CEMENTED CARBIDE

  • 摘要: 研究了稀土元素对Ni代Co硬质合金性能的影响。结果表明,稀土元素可使WC-8%Ni硬质合金的性能大大提高,因而使其可以在许多领域取代传统的WC-Co硬质合金。
    Abstract: The influence of rare-earth elements on the properties of cemented carbide with Co substituted by Ni has been studied. The results show that rare-earth elements allow for substantially improving the properties of WC-8%Ni cemented carbide and the WC-8%Ni cemented carbide with an addition of 1.2%-1.6% rare earth element of Ni content can be used for replacing traditional WC-Co cemented carbide.
