钡钨阴极钨粉某些物理特性的研究

A STUDY ON SOME PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF TUNGSTEN POWDER USED FOR Ba-W CATHODE

  • 摘要: 应用JCXA-733型电子探针扫描电镜和SKC-2000型光透射粒度测定仪对钡钨阴极钨粉的某些物理特性作了较详细的分析;并对钡钨阴极压坯断口形貌、钡钨阴极表面状态与阴极发紂电流密度性能的关系进行了对比试验;运用颗粒表面物理理论论述了钡钨阴极钨粉某些物理特性的内在规律,对粉末分级方法和材料研究具有实际意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, some physical properties of tungsten powder used for Ba-W cathode have been analyzed in detail by SCXA-733 electronic probe scanning microscope and SKC-2000 light emission particle size measuring instrument, meanwhile, the relation between the fracture morphology and surface character and the current density of Ba-W cathode has been tested. The physical theory of particle surface has been used to illustrate the inherent relation of physical properties of tungsten powder used for Ba-W cathode. It is of practical significance for classification method of powders and for study of materials.
