两种金属陶瓷的氧化行为

OXIDATION BEHAVIOR OF TWO TYPES OF CERAMETS

  • 摘要: 通过热天平的重量/温度曲线、氧化腐蚀动力(k-t)曲线和增重-时间(Δw-t)曲线,比较Mo-ZrO2型和Cr-Al2O3型金属陶瓷的氧化行为。实验结果表明:在大气中温度为700℃时经过70分钟后,其增重前者是后者的16倍左右。

     

    Abstract: The oxidation behavior of Mo-ZrO2 type and Cr-Al2O3 type was compared by thermogravimetric curves of hot balance, Kinetic curve of corrosion by oxidation(K-t) and weight gain-time(Δw-t) curve. The results indicated that at 700℃ in air for 70 min. the weight gain of the former was 16 times as much as that of the latter.
