秦岭发电厂应用粉末喷焊技术获得显著技术经济效益

QINLING POWER PLANT HAS OBTAINED OBVIOUS ECONOMIC RESULTS BY INTRODUCING POWDER SPRAY-WELDING

  • 摘要: 秦岭发电厂对本厂使用的12.5万千瓦和20万千瓦发电机组的排粉机叶片、引风机包头及防磨板、除尘器喷嘴喉部喷水管等部件进行了粉末喷焊。不仅延长了零部件的使用寿命、减少更换次数、保证安全发电和供电,而且一年之内节约直接资金达到338258元。应用该技术获得了显著的技术经济效益。
    Abstract: Qinling Powder Plant has employed powder spray-welding for blades of evacuating machine head and wear-resisting plate of drought fan, nozzle throat water-spraying pipe of dust extractor and other parts in 125 and 200 MW power generating set operated in itsown plant.Powder spray-welding not only prolonged service life of abore parts, but also ensured power supply in safety. Besides, more than 338000 Chinese Yuan was saved within one year and obvious economic result was obtained.
