还原扩散法直接制造ZrNi合金粉末的研究

INVESTIGATION OF ZrNi ALLOY POWDER DIRECTLY PRODUCED BY REDUCTION DIFFUSION METHOD

  • 摘要: 对以Ca作还原剂、ZrO2粉末和Ni粉末作原料,用还原扩散法直接制造ZrNi合金粉末的过程进行了研究分析。发现Ca不仅是ZrO2的还原剂,而且是Ni的溶剂和载体。在合金形成过程中,Ni通过在液体Ca中的溶解和扩散,到达被还原出来的金属Zr表面,并与Zr合金化形成ZrNi合金。因此,Ca的添加量是过程的关键因素。

     

    Abstract: The processes of ZrNi alloy powder directly produced by reduction diffusion method have been investigated,in which mixed powder of ZrO2 and Ni is used as feed material and Ca as reducing agent.It has been shown that Ca is not only the reductant of ZrO2,but also the molten agent and carrier material.Metallic Ni is first solved in the molten calcium and then diffused to then surface of reduced metal Zr,and metallized to form ZrNi alloy.So the ratio of calcium is the principle factor of the process.
