铁基粉末冶金零件膏剂渗硼的研究

A STUDY OF PASTY BORONIZING OF IRON BASE P/M PARTS

  • 摘要: 本文介绍有关铁基粉末冶金零件膏剂渗硼的研究结果。用扫描电镜、电子探针和光学显微镜观察和分析渗层的显微组织和成分。研究了影响渗层厚度的基本因素,并测定渗层的硬度和耐磨性。试验结果表明,铁基粉末冶金零件膏剂渗硼是一项有价值的化学热处理工艺。

     

    Abstract: The present paper describes the research results concerning the pasty boronizing of iron base P/M parts. The mirostructure and composition of boronizing layer were observed and analysized with scanning electronic microscope, electronic probe and optical microscope respectively.The basical factors influencing the thickness of boronizing layer were studied, meanwhile the hardness and wear-resistance of the layer were determined.The experimental results show that the pasty boronizing of iron base P/M parts is an useful technology of chemical heat treatment.
