湿磨铜锌合金粉干燥光亮退火方法的研究

STUDY ON THE METHOD OF DRYING AND LUMINOUS ANNEALING OF Cu-Zn POWDER MADE BY WET GRINDING

  • 摘要: 根据铜及铜合金可在水蒸气中实现光亮退火和湿磨铜锌合金粉的特点,对湿磨铜锌合金粉干燥光亮退火方法及工艺参数进行了研究。试验结果表明:压实装罐法可一步实现湿磨铜锌合金粉的干燥、光亮退火,同时,原始粉的含水量、压实度、退火温度、保温时间等对其结果有重要影响。提出了湿磨铜锌合金粉干燥光亮退火的最佳工艺,使干燥光亮退火前后铜锌合金粉的光亮程度及颜色用肉眼难以分辨,干燥光亮退火后的铜锌合金粉含氧量比退火前增加了千分之三。该方法具有操作简单,生产效率高的特点,解决了湿磨铜及铜合金粉的光亮干燥和光亮退火问题。

     

    Abstract: A method of drying and luminous annealing of Cu-Zn powder made by wet grinding and its technological parameter was studied according to the fact that copper and its alloy can be annealing without oxidizing in the water vapor and the property of copper zinc alloy powder made by wet grinding. The results show that drying and luminous annealing of Cu-Zn powder made by wet grinding could be finished in one step and factors, such as water content, pressure, temperature and time, influenced annealing result. The optimum process was given. With this process excellent results were obtained. Before and after annealing the powder not only has the same brightness and the same color, but also has less increase of oxygen content (about 0.3%). The method is simple and efficient, which can deal with the problems of drying and luminous annealing of Cu-Zn powder made by wet grinding in the production.
