摘要: 采用TEM研究了弥散强化铜合金中Al₂O₃质点的制备方法,并观察了不同工艺下Al₂O₃质点的大小、形态和结构的变化。

Abstract: A method of making of Al₂O₃ particles in dispersion-strenthening copper alloy has been studied by means of TEM and the size,morphology and structure changes of Al₂O₃ particles under the conditions of different technologies have been observed.
