STUDY OF HIGH THERMAL STABILITY ALUMINIUM MATRIX COMPOSITE BY HOT FORGING

  • 摘要: 研究了用粉末热锻工艺制备耐热铝基复合材料的过程以及SiC颗粒增强Al-Fe-V-Si耐热铝基复合材料的力学性能和室温、中温耐磨性。研究结果表明,SiC颗粒提高了复合材料强度和耐磨性,在250℃以下为轻微磨损,达到300℃时由于机制改变而发生严重磨损
    Abstract: The processing of powder hot forging to producing high thermal aluminium composite have been studied, as well as the strength and wear stability of SiC particlulate reinforced Al-Fe-V-Si heat resistant aluminium. It was found by the study that the sthength and wear stability of the composite were improved by SiC particulate. The composite was slightly tribodeformed below 250℃, but urgently tribodeformed on 300℃ as wear mechanism changed.
