FRICTION AND WEAR OF MULTIELEMENT CO-PENETRATED LAYER OF IRON BASE P/M MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 研究了不同成分及密度的铁基粉末冶金材料经多元共渗后渗层的摩擦与磨损特性及金相组织。结果表明:经共渗处理后,低密度的铁基粉末冶金材料的耐磨性能优于高密度的铁基粉末冶金材料,且摩擦力矩小,摩擦系数低。
    Abstract: The present paper has studied the behaviour of friction and wear and the metallographic structure of the Penetrated layer after multielement co-penetration of the iron base P/M materials with different compositions and densities. The results have shown that the wear resistance of iron base P/M materials with lower density after co-penentration treatment is superior to those with higher density,and the former also have lower friction torque and friction coefficient.
