模具配合间隙对衬套同轴度的影响

Influence of the Fitting Clearance of Dies on the Coaxality of Liners

  • 摘要: 本文讨论了粉末冶金成形模配合间隙与其制品压坯同轴度精度的关系。通过分析成形过程中几种特例并经试验证实:压坯的最大壁厚差等于模具的总间隙。从而得出,成形模配合间隙的设计应以制品压坯的壁厚差决定。指出其间隙的设计应符合下式:
    最大间隙C1max+C2maxmax△-εa-e
    最小间隙C1mirn及C2min ≥ 经验值(表1)

     

    Abstract: The relation between the fitting clearance of powder compacting die and the exactitude of coaxality of the compact is discussed in this paper. Through the analyses of some special examples in the preforming process, it was found that the maximum wall thickness difference of the compact is equal to the total clearance of the die, and this relation has been certificated through experiments by the author. The conclusion is that the clearance of die should be determined according to the wall thickness of the compact, and it can be calculated by the following equations:
    Maximum clearance:
    C1max+C2max ≤ △maxlarger-e
    Minimum clearance:
    C1min or C2min ≥ experimental value (see Table 1)
