Abstract: The horizontal vacuum furnace described in present articale consists of the same set of vacuum system, power supplying system and control system, equipped with microcomputer control, ensuring the automatic and stable operation of sintering process. The furnace has reasonal structure, reliable connection and convenient operation features in good flexibility, low costs, etc. and is applicable for commercial production and has obtained superior benefits in application.
