重力分离SHS双衬陶瓷复合管耐蚀性研究

INVESTIGATION ON CORROSION-RESISTANCE OF DOUBLE LINED CERAMIC COMPOSITE PIPES PRODUCED BY GRAVITATIONAL SEPARATION SHS PROCESS

  • 摘要: 通过重力分离SHS技术制备双衬陶瓷复合管,发现复衬陶瓷层的尖晶石含量和组织形貌发生改变,双衬陶瓷层间存在着Al2O3基体和(Al2O3+FeO·Al2O3)共晶组织的重熔区,引起底衬及复衬陶瓷裂纹密度下降。复合管的耐蚀性测试结果表明,双衬陶瓷复合管的腐蚀失重率分别不超过1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢管0.5%和单衬陶瓷复合管2.0%。

     

    Abstract: In double lined ceramic composite pipes, were prepared by gravitational separation SHS process content and morphology of FeO·Al2O3 spinel phase in second lined ceramics are different from the first one, refused areas composed of Al2O3 matrix and (Al2O3+FeO·Al2O3) eutecticum between two lined ceramics were observed, and crack density of each lined ceramics was reduced. Results of corrosion-resistance for double lined ceramic composite pipes show that corrosion weight-loss rate are reduced below 0.5% and 2.0% respectively compared with 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and single lined ones.
