Abstract:
In double lined ceramic composite pipes, were prepared by gravitational separation SHS process content and morphology of FeO·Al
2O
3 spinel phase in second lined ceramics are different from the first one, refused areas composed of Al
2O
3 matrix and (Al
2O
3+FeO·Al
2O
3) eutecticum between two lined ceramics were observed, and crack density of each lined ceramics was reduced. Results of corrosion-resistance for double lined ceramic composite pipes show that corrosion weight-loss rate are reduced below 0.5% and 2.0% respectively compared with 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and single lined ones.
