添加VC的WC—10%Ni无磁硬质合金的研究

RESEARCH ON WC-10%Ni NON-MAGNETIC CEMENTED CARBIDE WITH VC ADDITIONS

  • 摘要: 在WC-10%Ni硬质合金中,采用常规硬质合金生产工艺,以不同的VC添加量进行了试验。加入适量的VC可以使合金在常温下由铁磁性变为顺磁性,同时硬度也有一定的提高,抗弯强度在VC加入量较少时(<1.0%)基本维持不变。添加VC使合金发生磁性转变的机理,主要是VC溶入Ni中形成固溶体,扩大了Ni的晶格常数,减弱了电子间的交换作用。

     

    Abstract: The conventional producing process of cemented carbide was applied on WC-10Ni alloy with various contents of VC additions. The results show that the alloy was changed from ferromagnetic into non-magnetic when the proper VC is added. The hardness is also improved. The bending strength of the alloy, however, is lower. The mechanism of the magnetic transformation of WC-10Ni cemented carbide with VC additions was primarily discussed.
