METHOD FOR TESTING PORE SIZE OF POROUS MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 研究了用液-液系统测定多孔材料孔径的方法。采用界面张力低的正丁醇-水系统,以正丁醇为浸渍介质、水为渗透介质,在测量10~0.01μm孔径时仅需3.6×10-4~3.6×10-1MPa的测试压力。测量精度为:10~1μm:2%;1~0.01μm:5%。液-液法的优点在于以3.6×10-1MPa的低测试压力可测量0.01μm数量级的极小孔径,从而使测试仪器的结构大大简化。
    Abstract: The methods for testing pore size of various porous materials have been studied by liquid-liquid system. By using ortho-butanol-water system with low interracial tension and ortho-butanol as impregnating medium while water as infiltrating medium, only 3.6×10-4~3.6×10-1 MPa testing pressure is necessary for measuring the pore size of 10~0.01μm with measuring accuracy of 10~1μm 2% and 1~0.01μm, 5%. Liquid-liquid method has the following advantages that very fine pore size of 0.01μm grade can be measured by low testing pressure of 3.6×10-1MPa, and the structure of testing apparatus can be greatly simplified.
