弥散强化铜基复合材料制备工艺
A NEW METHOD TO PREPARE DISPERSIVE STRENGTHENED COPPER MATRIX COMPOSITES

摘要: 介绍了一种新的氧化铝弥散强化铜基复合材料制备工艺,研究了制备工艺参数对复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在氮基气氛中进行内氧化处理同样可以得到具有很好热稳定性的氧化铝弥散强化铜基复合材料;制备工艺参数,尤其是内氧化工艺对材料性能有显著影响。由于介质和工艺流程的改变,在保证复合材料性能的前提下,降低了生产成本,稳定了产品质量,本工艺有助于氧化铝弥散强化铜基复合材料的规模化生产。Abstract: A new intemal oxidation process carried out in a nitrogen base atmosphere is introduced. The influences of the process on the structure and properties of Cu base composites are studied in this paper. The experimental results show that alumina dispersion strengthened copper base composites with good heat-resistance can be produced by the means of the inner oxiding in a nitrogen base atmosphere. The process, especially the temperature of the intemal oxidation,affects obviously the properties of the composites. Under the condition of having good electrical conductivity,the composites have far better mechanical properties than pure copper.
