摘要: 介绍了采用碳化铬硬质合金制作质谱计和表面分析仪器中的双曲面玻璃管的成形模具。该模具在室温至800℃范围内反复加热成形,变形甚微,保证了玻璃制品几何尺寸的高精度要求,该合金具有极高的抗氧化性能,不与玻璃粘结,易脱模。模具使用寿命较常用模具材料1Cr18Ni9Ti高10倍以上。因此,碳化铬硬质合金是制作电真空玻璃制品的理想模具材料。还介绍了碳化铬硬质合金的制备工艺和性能。Abstract: The present paper has described the die made by chromium carbide for forming mass spectrometer needle and double curved surface glass tube in surface analyzing instrument.The die was repeatedly operated under a high temperature of 800℃ with little deformation,ensuring high accuracy of glass product size.The die made by chromium carbide exhibits high oxidation resistance and no bonding with glass and is easy to eject.The performance durability of the die is over 10 times higher than that of the conventional lCr18-Ni9Ti material.Therefor chromium carbide is an ideal die material for producing "electric vacuum glass product". In addition, manufacturing technologies and properties of chromium carbide have also been outlined.
