Abstract: A kind of mechanically operated coining die for ring type P/M bearings and calculating table for its design have been described.It is very effective for designing dies by using this table.Though dies and calculating table can not be used indiscriminately, you may make a suitable calculating table for design according to characteristics of products and technologies in your factory.Table of this kind has great advantage for standardization and simplification in die designing.
