A NEW TYPE OF CONTACT MATERIAL FOR VACUUM CONDITION-SINTERED Cr-Cu SERIES AllOYS

  • 摘要: Cr-Cu系触头的研制成功是近年来触头材料的一个重要发展。本文从真空开关的优点及其发展、真空触头材料的技术要求及选择原则,论述了开发Cr-Cu系触头的必要性。介绍了制取Cr-Cu系触头的各种粉末冶金工艺,它们的优缺点以及影响Cr-Cu系触头性能的有关因素。
    Abstract: The successful development of Cr-Cu series alloys is a remarkable progress in contact materials in recent years. The reason for exploitation of Cr-Cu series was discussed in view of the advantages and developments of vacuum swith, the technical vequirements and principles for rhc selection of vacuum contact materials. Various P/N technological processes used for producing Cr-Cu series contacts, merits and demerits of the processes and the factors of affecting the properties of Cr-Cu series contacts were described in detail.
