NiAl、Ni3Al的无压燃烧合成

PRESSURELESS COMBUSTION SYNTHESIS OF NiAl and Ni3Al

  • 摘要: 研究了合成方式和料坯的初始特征对NiAl、Ni3Al无压自反应燃烧合成的影响。结果表明,采用自反应热爆工艺可以顺利地合成NiAlNi3Al,但当原料粒度大于100μm时,Ni3Al合成转化率不高。同时,稀释剂渗加量大于30wt%时,也不能得到纯净的Ni3Al产品。坯料的初始特征对NiAl合成结果影响不大。但合成温度Tc随粒度增大及稀释剂渗量增加而下降。

     

    Abstract: The influences of synthetic mode and characters of initial compacts (density, particle size and diluent amount) on the combustion synthesis of NiAl and Ni3Al have been investigated. The results have shown, that NiAl and Ni3Al intermetallic compounds can be synthesized smoothly by self-reaction heat explosion process. However, Ni3Al was synthesized with low conversion rate in case of the particle size over 100μm and without pure Ni3Al products in case of a diluent amount 30wt%.The characters of initial compacts hardly influences the synthesis of NiAl. The synthetic ignition temperature Tig remaines constant regardless of processing parameters. The synthesis temperature Tc decreases with the increase of particle size and diluent amount.
