Behavior of WC Particles of WC Particle-Reinfored High Speed Steel Composites Fabricated by Spray Forming

  • 摘要: 研究了喷射成形制备的WC颗粒增强M2高速钢复合材料中WC颗粒的形貌变化、成分变化。结果表明,WC颗粒的形貌、成分发生了较大的变化,但显微硬度并没有发生明显的下降。WC颗粒增强MMCs的硬度明显高于喷射成形高速钢和铸锻高速钢。
    Abstract: The changes of morphology and composition of WC particles in the WC particle-reinforced M2 high speed steel composites frabicated by spray forming were studied.The results shows that the morphology and the composition of WC particles have been changed considerably,while the micro-hardness has not been decreased obviously.The hardness of WC particle-reinforced MMCs is appreciably higher than that of the high speed steel made by spray forming,casting or forging process.
