STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE FACTORS OF ALUMINIUM ATOMIZING

摘要: 结合铝粉生产雾化过程出现的难题,在分析雾化不能正常进行的原因的基础上,着重考虑漏眼出口处负压状态、漏眼材料及熔炼工艺等因素对雾化过程的影响。取得了对雾化制粉有价值并经生产验证的结论.本结论可供生产设计参考。Abstract: The Paper discusses the difficult problems in the production and analyses the reason why atomizing can not be in progress. The main influence factors, such as,the condition of nigative pressure on the nozzle mouth, the materials of nozzle and smelting process, have been studied. Some conclusions which are effecient for atomization and have been proved by production are obtained.
