摘要: 采用电子计算机编程的线切割工艺制造异形复杂粉末冶金钢模,生产周期短、模具精度高、节约材料、节省设备、经济效益好,是一种很有应用前途的模具加工工艺。本文以制造摆线内外转子粉末冶金压模为例,比较了电蚀加工和线切割工艺的优劣,肯定了线切割加工的优越性。Abstract: It is a promising technology to manufacture P/M die with complex and irregular shape by wire cutting process controlled by computer. Its advantages are as follows:short processing cycle,precision dimension, saving material, and equipment and better economic efficiency. In this article, the advantages of wire cutting process are affirmed by the comparison between electro maching and wire cutting process in the case of manufacturing inner and outer rotor P/M die.
