喷雾沉积高硅ZA27合金的阻尼性能及微观力学机制探讨
Damping Capacities and Discussion of Micro-mechanical Model of High Silicon ZA27 Alloy

摘要: 报道了高硅(6.0wt%)ZA27合金的阻尼性能。实验结果表明,与常规铸造条件相比,喷雾沉积和合金化使材料的阻尼性能提高2.8倍;从微观组织形态和喷雾沉积工艺过程的特殊性两方面分析了材料阻尼性能改善的原因,指出合金中大量层片状共析体的形成是阻尼性能提高的关键,并提出了该材料的微观动力学模型。Abstract: The damping capacities of high silicon ZA27 alloys are reported in the present paper.The results show that the damping capacity of the deposite is 2.8 times more than that of the conventional casting ZA27 alloy. Reasons for the improvement of the damping capacity are given from the microstructure and the processing characterics. The micro-elastic model of the grain and phase boundary is also presented.
