Abstract: In this paper, the manufacturing technology and performance of MIM stainless steels were reviewed. The production technology used to make MIM stainless steel powders and the binder-system based on water soluble binder or catalytic debinding system and properties of MIM 316L, 304L, 17-4PH stainless steels were described.
