SHS法制备TiC-Ni和TiC-Ni-Mo硬质合金

TiC-Ni AND TiC-Ni-Mo HARD ALLOYS PRODUCED BY SHS

  • 摘要: 采用SHS-加压法制备了TiC-Ni,TiC-Ni-Mo硬质合金。对于Ti-C-Ni系,首先形成Ti-Ni溶液,碳溶入其中后,TiC从中析出,通过压力下的液相烧结形成致密TiC-Ni合金。镍含量影响TiC的晶粒大小和形貌。添加钼可细化TiC晶粒。SHS TiC-Ni和TiC-Ni-Mo合金的力学性能与相近成分的常规合金相当。

     

    Abstract: TiC-Ni and TiC-Ni-Mo hard alloys were produced by SHS processing. In Ti-C-Ni system, molten Ti-Ni was formed, C dissolved into the melt and then TiC precipitated. Dense TiC-Ni alloy was formed by liquid phase sintering under pressure. Ni content influences the grain size and morphology of TiC. Mo additive decreases the grain size of TiC. The mechanical properties of TiC-Ni and TiC-Ni-Mo can be compared to those of conventional alloys having nearly similar composition.
