流化床还原碳化法制备超细WC-Co复合粉末
ULTRAFINE WC-Co COMPOSITY POWDER MANUFACTURED BY PROCESS OF REDUCTION AND CARBURIZATION IN FLUID-BED

摘要: 介绍了一种制备超细WC-Co复合粉末的新工艺——流化床还原碳化法。XRD分析结果表明,该法制备的粉末由WC和Co两相组成。X-射线小角衍射测定粉末的平均颗粒度为0.12μm。将该粉末压制成形的样品在1280℃真空烧结1h获得99.7%理论密度的试块。Abstract: A new technology for manufacturing ultrafine WC-Co composite powder by reduction and carburization in fluid-bed has been described in this paper. It was shown by XRD analysis that the powder manufactured is composed of two phases of WC and Co. The average particle size of the powder determined by X-ray small angle diffraction testing was 0. 12μm. Teding bar with a theoretical density of 99. 7% was obtained by sintering such compacted powder sample in vacuum at 1280℃ for 1h.
